多功能缩绒柔软整理机在半精纺面料整理中的应用

摘　　要：半精纺产品以其原料种类使用广、纱支细、手感好等优势迅速得以发展,但传统的洗缩整理设备和工艺不但难以充分体现半精纺面料的优良品质,而且容易出现折痕、黏连等质量问题。文章对比了传统绳状洗、平幅洗和缩呢机整理半精纺织物的不足,并对多功能缩绒柔软整理机整理半精纺面料的特点、优势和整理工艺做了详细介绍。文章认为:多功能缩绒柔软整理机改变了半精纺织物整理的牵引方式,是一种非常适合半精纺面料整理的新型的设备,对于提高半精纺面料的品质、体现半精纺的优势、促进半精纺产品的精加工和深加工有着积极的推动作用。Semi-worsted fabric has been rapidly developed because of its wide source of material,fine yarn and good handfeel,unfortunately the traditional washing and milling finishing machine and the technique can not achieve the fine quality of the semi-worsted fabric.The article point out and explain the shortcomings of traditional ropy washing,open-wide washing and milling machine in finishing the semiworsted fabric,introduces the advantage,feature and the process of the multi-function milling and softening machine in finishing the semi-worsted fabric in details.We think that the multi-function milling and softening machine changes the traction way of the semi-worsted fabric,which is a new device for finishing the semi-worsted fabric.The machine has a positive role in improving the quality of semi-worsted fabric,shows the advantages of semi-worsted and promote the better and deeper processing of the semiworsted fabric.
