摘 要:为充分发挥老设备潜能,经充分市场调研,选择较成熟的科技公司对日本20世纪80年代产的京和KYOWA梳毛机进行电气化改造。指出了日本京和KYOWA梳毛机原有的缺陷,通过对梳毛机同步器和电子毛斗改造,论述了电气化改造在提升设备自动化水平和提高毛纱质量上的应用。结果表明:电气化改造整体提升设备自动化水平,延长了梳毛机的使用寿命;简化了操作程序,降低了工人维修设备的劳动强度和设备维修成本,同时更加方便生产工艺调整,纱线质量水平有较大提升。Good yarn quality is determined primarily by three aspects:device status,quality of raw materials,spinning process.The good quality of yarn equipment is one of the most basic factors of yarn quality.To maximize the potential of the old equipment,we choose a more mature technology companies through full market research to electrify Jinghe carding machine KYOWA made in Japan in 1980s.The paper points out the defects of original Japan JingHe KYOWA carding machine and discusses the application of electrification transformation of the carding machine synchronization and electronic wool bucket in developing equipment automation level and improving yarn quality.Results show as follows:electrification improving the overall level of automation equipment,extending the life of the carding machine,simplifying procedures,reducing the labor intensity of workers equipment maintenance,equipment maintenance costs.At the same time,adjusting the production process is more conveniently,greatly improving the yarn quality level.
