摘 要:在建立基于等效电路的超级电容器储能(SCES)系统的数学模型基础上,设计了一种超级电容器储能的动态电压恢复器(DVR)。该DVR以超级电容器为直流侧储能单元,采用非隔离型Buck-Boost双向DC/DC变换器进行双闭环功率前馈控制,采用双向电压源型DC/AC变换器进行解耦和前馈补偿控制。根据SCES的特性,确定了系统的基本运行原理,即当电源电压暂降时,通过调节DVR输出的有功功率和无功功率来维持负载电压幅值和相位的稳定。仿真实验结果验证了该DVR拓扑结构及其控制策略的正确性和有效性。The mathematical models of SCES(Super Capacitor Energy Storage) system are built based on the equivalent circuits and a kind of DVR(Dynamic Voltage Restorer) based on SCES is designed,which uses the super capacitor as the storage component at its DC side,applies the non-isolated Buck-Boost bi-directional DC/DC converter in its double closed-loop power feed-forward control and adopts the hi-directional voltage- source DC/AC converter in its decoupling and feed-forward compensation control. Its operating principle is established according to the characteristics of SCES,which regulates the active and reactive powers of DC/ AC converter to stabilize the load voltage when the source voltage drops. The correctness and effectiveness of the designed DVR are verified by simulation and experiment.
