摘  要:对催化裂化催化剂焙烧尾气回收分级器进行参数调节试验,得出操作参数对焙烧回收粉体的分级效果的影响规律,优选出最佳分级操作条件为:总风量2 620m3?h、分级轮转速930r?min、一次风量占92%、二次风量占8%。在此操作条件下,对于小于20μm颗粒的质量分数为64%左右的原料,分级出的粗粉和细粉中小于20μm颗粒的质量分数分别为15.2%和92.5%,牛顿分级效率为78.2%,计算得到的理论分级切割粒径为26.5μm。The operation parameters of the centrifugal air classifier were tested and optimized for FCC catalyst fine powder from a calciner exit gas. The optimized operation conditions are: total air rate is of 2 620 m3/h, wheel speed of classifier of 930 r/min,primary air and secondary air are 92% and 8% of the total air flow, respectively. Under the optimal operation conditions, the fine powder was clearly classified to coarse and fine parts. The content of particle less than 20 μm in the coarse part is decreased to 15.2% from its original 64% in the powder from caleiner exhaust gas. But it reaches to 92.5% in the fine part. The Newton classification efficiency is 78.2% and the calculated cut size is 26.5 μm.
