民营企业家的制度资本与企业绩效研究

摘　　要：民营企业家的制度资本包含了地缘资本、认知资本、政治资本、素养资本等四个组成部分。本文以2012年中国民营企业500强中具有有效信息的151位民营企业家为研究对象,分析发现,民营企业家偏好将企业选址在个人地缘资本富集地,这是民营企业家资源与机会搜索的要求,并通过这种方式最终改善企业要素投入,也有利于进一步丰富企业家地缘资本。但是,民营企业所在地的整体经济发展水平对单个企业绩效没有显著影响;民营企业家制度资本中的认知资本能够提升企业绩效;民营企业家通过制度资本中的政治资本能够或明或暗地参与制度创建,实现促进民营企业绩效增长的效果。为了借助政治资本对企业发展的作用,民营企业家会尽量与企业所在地政府建立关系;素养资本作为民营企业家制度资本的重要组成部分对企业绩效影响不显著。Institutional capital is an extraordinary capital, which is originated from the institution operating, that is a top level operating mode of enterprise operating. Obviously, the ability of institution operating depends on characters of entrepreneurs, which are native-place, growing-place, firm-location, political-life-location, military- serviceexperience, teaching-serviceexperience, starting mode, age, sex, titles, education and others. So, our definition of institutional capital is a series of rights for ＂earnings＂ by institution operating, which is creatively interpreting institution, innovatively applying institution, and directly or indirectly participating in institution building. Through our theoretical and empirical analysis, it is found that institutional capital of private entrepreneurs contains geopolitical capital, cognitive capital ,political capital, and literacy capital. There are four levels of institutional capital, which are from opportunity-searching, cost-optimizing, Chinese-illegal-surviving, and formal or informal institution building. And there also are five dimensions of institutional capital, which are from transaetion-costs-sav- ing, elements-efficiency-improving, elements-inputs-replacing, production-mode- changing, and objective-functionchanging. The very critical finding of this paper is that different sides of institutional capital have been affecting levels and dimensions of institutional capital, which leads to business performance through the path of institution operat- ing. 151 private entrepreneurs with valid information were selected as the research object from the top 500 private enterprises of 2012 in China. It is shown that the level of economic development of private entrepreneurs＇ geopoliti- cal capital enriched areas don＇ t impact on business performance significantly.
