摘 要:选用两步变温喷涂晶种法在大孔α-Al2O3管状载体上合成高性能的NaA沸石膜.首先,在448K下喷涂大晶种(2μm),对载体表面的大孔进行初步修饰;然后在此基础上在353K喷涂小晶种(0.4μm),从而形成一层薄而致密的晶种层;最后在353K水热合成NaA沸石膜.采用SEM和XRD等表征手段对制备的NaA沸石膜进行表征,并进行渗透汽化测试.测试表明:在348K下分离90%乙醇/10%水溶液,通量达到2.71kg/(m2·h),分离因数>2 000.Spraying seeding technology was developed to prepare zeolite NaA membranes on the low-cost macroporous α-Al2O3 support.The supports were first pre-treated by spraying large (2 μm) NaA crystals at 448 K,and then small (0.4 μm) NaA seeds were sprayed on the pre-treated supports to obtain a thin and continuous seeds layer.Finally,the NaA zeolite membrane was fabricated by seeded secondary growth at 353 K.The as-synthesized NaA zeolite membrane was characterized by SEM,XRD and pervaporation measurements.The results showed that well inter-grown zeolite NaA membranes were formed.The total flux of the zeolite NaA membranes was 2.71 kg/(m2·h),and the separation factor was more than 2 000 in dehydrating an 90% ethanol/10% water solution at 348 K.
