摘 要:采用3种不同结构的中空纤维膜组件用于低压高湿空气除湿,研究了进气压力、进气流量和吹扫气量对这3种不同结构膜组件除湿性能的影响.结果表明,具有吹扫气分配结构的膜组件具有更好的除湿性能,提高进气压力、减小进气量、提高吹扫气量都有利于提高膜组件的除湿性能.在0.03MPa进气压力、5m3/h进气流量和30%吹扫比条件下,具有吹扫气分配结构的膜组件可将湿度为95%的湿空气除湿到43.5%.Three fiber membrane components with different structure were used for low pressure and high humidity air dehumidification,and the influence of inlet pressure,inlet flow rate,and scavenging flow rate on dehumidification performance were also studied.The results show that a membrane component with a scavenging gas distributor has better dehumidification performance.Elevating the inlet pressure and scavenging flow rate,and decreasing the inlet flow rate enhance the dehumidification performance.Under an operating pressure of 0.03 MPa,the inlet flow rate of 5 m3/h and 30% scavenging flow rate,a membrane component with a scavenging gas distributor can dehumidify the air from 95%RH to 43.5% RH.
