摘 要:针对GB2772-1999《林木种子检验规程》中所列发芽测定技术条件,对白蜡种子发芽率测得的结果比生产中出苗率低的多的情况,进行了白蜡种子发芽率测定技术改进的研究。通过置床前对白蜡种子用不同温度的水浸种、高锰酸钾浸种、双氧水浸种等处理,以及置床后对发芽箱温度进行高温、低温、变温等一系列试验,研究出合适的白蜡发芽率测定技术方法,使检测结果与生产实际更接近,为生产上确定科学的播种量和修订白蜡种子检测技术标准提供依据。Aiming at the situation that the Fraxinus chinensis seeds germination rate determined based on the germination rate determination technology listed in GB2772-1999 "Forest Tree Seeds Inspection Regulation" is much less than the emergence rate in production,a research on improving the Fraxinus chinensis seeds germination rate determination technology was con- ducted. By various treatments such as soaking the Fraxinus ehiueusis seeds with water,potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide of different temperatures before bedding,and various tests of germination box temperatures such as high temperature, low temperature and poikilothermic temperature after bedding, a more accurate technology for determination of Fraxinus chi- nensis seeds germination rate was worked out and the determination results were more close to the actual production. It will provide a basis for determining the scientific seeding quantity and revising the technological standard of Fraxinus chi- nensis seeds detection.
