摘　　要：宁夏中部干旱带是我国西部土地荒漠化问题最突出、生态系统最脆弱的地区之一。加快该区域生态环境治理,不仅是改善区域内生产生活条件,发展经济脱贫致富的需要,而且对促进宁夏经济发展具有重要意义。从宁夏中部干旱带土地生态的现状出发,从生态的角度提出土地利用目标,并提出了该地区土地生态的改善措施。The central arid zone in Ningxia was one of the most outstanding land desertifieation and the most vulnerable areas of west China. To speed up the regional ecological environment governance not only was the need of improving the regional production and living conditions and developing economy growing rich, but also was of great significance to promote the development of economy in Ningxia. Starting from the present situation of the central arid zone in Ningxia, the target of land use of and improvement measures of the region land ecological were put forward from the perspective of ecological.
