摘 要:维生素E是大豆的重要功能性成分之一,其含量与组成随品种和生长环境的不同而存在差异。本研究采用高效液相色谱法,以黑龙江省品种合丰25和加拿大品种Bayfield为材料,利用硅胶柱为固定相,甲醇:水(90:10,V/V)为流动相,测定900份黑龙江省哈尔滨、绥化、呼兰三个地区大豆资源中的维生素E含量,使用荧光检测器检测(Ex=295nm,Em=330nm),以α-生育酚、γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚为标准品,分析了不同地区大豆中维生素E含量中各个成分的差异。结果显示,哈尔滨地区大豆品种中维生素E的含量最高,最适宜种植大豆维生素E品种。Vitamin E is an important bioactive compound in the soybean seeds. It's content varies with the soybean varieties and environments that the soybeans grow up. The Hefeng25 varieties of Heilongjiang and the Bayfeild varie- ties of Canada were used as the materials and were analysed with high performance liquid chromatograp. The silicagel column was used as the solid phase and the normal methanol was used as the mobile phase. The contents of the vitamin E in 900 soybean resources in three places which were Haerbin, Suihua and Hulan were determined by fluo- rescence detection(Ex = 295nm, Em= 330nm). The total contents of vitamin E were determined by the standards α-,γ-,δ-tocopherols and the components difference of vitamin E were analysed in the different places. The results showed that the content of soybean in Haerbin was the highest in the three places. The variety of vitamin E in soy- bean was the most suitable to plant in this place.
