摘  要:由1,3-丙二胺和马来酸酐制备的功能单体(DAMA)与丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)共聚制备出了一种水溶性AM-AA-NVP-DAMA四元共聚物。共聚反应的条件为:m(AM)∶m(AA)=3∶2,引发剂质量分数0.5%,反应温度40℃,反应时间8 h,pH=7.0。利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁(1HNMR)以及扫描电镜(SEM)对该共聚物进行了表征。性能研究表明,该共聚物在95℃下的黏度保留率比部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)高16.2%;在质量分数1.8%NaCl条件下的黏度保留率比HPAM高8.7%;在质量分数0.09%CaCl2条件下的黏度保留率比HPAM高9.4%;经过500 s-1剪切5 min后的黏度保留率比HPAM高16.3%;60℃下质量分数0.2%共聚物溶液提高的采收率比HPAM高5.07%。A functional monomer (DAMA) was prepared from 1, 3-diaminopropane and maleic anhydride, and then a water-soluble AM-AA-NVP-DAMA tetra-copolymer was polymerized by free radical polymerization using DAMA, N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone ( NVP), acrylamide ( AM ), and acrylic acid (AA) as raw materials. The synthesis conditions were as follows : m (AM):m (AA) was 3:2, initiator was 0. 5 %, temperature was 40 ℃, reaction time was 8 h, and pH was 7.0. The AM-AA-NVP-DAMA copolymer was characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy (IR), 1HNMR, and scanning electron microscope(SEM). It was found that the viscosity retention rate of AM-AA-NVP-DAMA was 16. 2% higher than that of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) at 95 ℃, the viscosity retention rate of this copolymer in 1.8% NaCl brine was 8.7% higher than that of HPAM ,the viscosity retention rate of this copolymer in 0. 09% CaCl2 brine was 9.4% higher than that of HPAM ,and the viscosity retention rate of this copolymer sheared at 500 s-1 for 5 min was 16. 3% higher than that of HPAM. It was also found that the enhanced oil recovery(EOR) of 0.2% copolymer solutions was 5.07% higher than that of HPAM at 60 ℃.
