摘  要:以乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)为功能单体,通过半连续种子乳液聚合制备出侧链含活性酮羰基的丙烯酸树脂乳液(PA),加入明胶,可得到稳定性高且具有室温自交联功能的丙烯酸树脂-明胶复合乳液(PAG)。采用红外光谱(FTIR)对PA-G膜中的交联结构进行表征,用接触角测定仪(CA)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、差示量热扫描仪(DSC)等对PA-G膜进行性能测试。结果表明,这种PA-G复合乳液的涂膜在硬度、热学性能、力学性能及抗水性等方面表现出不同特点,硬度和玻璃化转变温度得到显著提高,抗张强度大幅度提高,但断裂伸长率均有所降低;通过AAEM-明胶之间的适度交联可赋予PA-G膜良好的抗水性,且其表面相对粗糙度变化不大。A novel series of acrylic resin/gelatin composite latex (PA-G) with an ambient temperature self-crosslinkable function and excellent stability were prepared via semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization,using acetoacetoxy ethyl methacrylate (AAEM) as functional monomer and a certain amount of gelatin as crosslinking agent which was added into the resin emulsions (PA). FTIR spectra show that the crosslinked structure emerged in the composite films. Contact angle ( CA), atomic force microscopy(AFM) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) were employed to characterize the PA-G film. The results indicate that the influence of AAEM-gelatin on some PA-G film properties differed greatly. Hardness and glass transition temperature ( Ts ) of PA-G films were both markedly enhanced, and tensile strength was evidently reinforced while elongation at break was in reducing trend. Suitable dosage of AAEM-gelatin crosslinked structure could render PA-G film with good water resistance, causing little change in its relative surface roughness.
