港台与东莞经贸合作的比较研究

摘　　要：东莞是港台与内地沿海城市经贸合作的典型。香港服务业试探性投资东莞,港莞合作模式正由"前店后厂"走向"前总店后分店"。港资制造业在莞港两地政府、海关扶持下努力转型升级。"日本技术、台湾接单与设计、东莞生产、香港转口与海外销售"是莞台两地长期的合作模式。莞台经贸合作具有单向性与间接性。台商在东莞政府与台商协会扶持下"抱团"转型升级,台资增量资本转向新兴战略产业以及金融、物流等生产型服务业。港台与东莞经贸合作走向深化、自由化是历史的必然。Dongguan is typical of the cooperation cases among Hong Kong, Taiwan and the inland coastal cities. Hong Kong is making an exploratory investment into service sector in Dongguan. The cooperation mode between Hong Kong and Dongguan is shifting from ＂stores before factories＂ to ＂branch stores after main stores＂. The Hong Kong manufacture is transforming and up- grading with the help of Hong Kong and Dongguan＇ s government and customs. ＂Japanese technology, Taiwan＇ s order and design, Dongguan＇ s manufacture, Hong Kong＇ s re-export and overseas sales＂ is the long-term cooperation mode between Taiwan and Dong- guan. The regional cooperation between Taiwan and Dongguan is one-way and indirect. Taiwan Residents merchants are transforming and upgrading, with the increase of capital investing strategic industries and service sectors such as financial and logistics industry. The regional cooperation is inevitably continuing to develop.
