摘 要:为确定高水膨胀材料条带充填开采引起地表沉陷的主控因素,根据王庄煤矿高水膨胀充填材料的特点,针对覆岩类型、充填率、充填体强度3个主要因素,利用数值模拟方法对3个因素的3个不同水平条件下引起地表沉陷进行正交试验分析。结果表明:充填率为高水膨胀材料条带充填开采地表沉陷的主控因素,充填率由50%提高至70%时,地表最大下沉量减少50%以上;选择合适的充填率,条带充填开采可以获得良好的地表沉陷控制效果。In order to determine main control factors of the surface subsidence caused by strip backfill mining with high water swelling ma- terial, based on the features of the high water swelling backfill material in Wangzhuang Mine, according to the three main factors of the o- verburden strata type, backfill rate and backfill mass strength,the numerical simulation method was applied to the orthogonal test analysis on the surface subsidence caused by the three different levels of the three factors.The analysis results showed that backfill rate was main control factor to control surface subsidence caused by the strip backfill mining with the high water swelling material, the backfill rate was increased from 50% to 70% and the max surface subsidence value was reduced over 50%.With a suitable backfill rate,strip backfill min- ing could have excellent control effect of the surface subsidence.
