摘 要:为得到锚杆尾部螺纹段受力特性,采用数值模拟软件研究锚杆尾部螺纹段在拉伸、扭转、弯曲、剪切单项及复合应力作用下锚杆尾部螺纹段内部形成的应力场分布特征。研究结果表明:在不同应力的作用下,锚杆尾部螺纹段受力复杂,螺纹牙底出现不同程度的应力集中效应,其中弯曲角度对锚杆尾部螺纹段受力影响尤为明显,过大的弯曲角度对其受力相当不利。锚杆尾部螺纹段在转矩作用下牙底应力集中更加显著,准确控制转矩的大小可避免锚杆承受过大应力。In order to obtain stress characteristics of rock bolt thread end, this paper used numerical simulation software to research the stress distribution features of rock bolt thread end under the different single and composite stress conditions of pull, torsion, bend and shear. The results showed that rock bolt thread end stress characteristics was very complicated under different stress condition, thread bottom ap- peared different degree of stress concentration effect, the bending angle had an significant impact on rock bolt thread end, larger bending angle had a bad influence for thread stress.Compare to tensile stress, the torsion stress had more significant impact on thread stress of rock bolt, the accurate control of torque could avoid rock bolt from undertaking bigger stress.
