摘 要:针对平煤八矿的煤与瓦斯突出特征,分析了煤与瓦斯突出原因,结果表明工程因素对煤与瓦斯突出主要起诱导作用,地质构造、煤层瓦斯赋存和构造煤等地质条件是煤与瓦斯突出的必要条件,其中地质构造对矿井煤与瓦斯突出有明显控制作用;结合矿井瓦斯压力大、瓦斯含量高和地质构造复杂的特点,提出了加强瓦斯地质规律研究、建立预警系统等煤与瓦斯突出综合防治措施。According to the features of coal and gas outburst in Pingmei No. 8 Coal Mine, the causes of coal and gas outbursts were ana- lyzed, the results showed that the engineering factors were the incentive for coal and gas outburst, and geological conditions including geo- logical structure, gas occurrence and tectonic coal were essential, and geological structure was the major factor to control coal and gas out- burst.In combination with the characteristics of high coal seam gas stress ,content and complex geological structure, countermeasures inclu- ding strengthening gas geology study and establishing the early-warning system for coal and gas outburst were proposed.
