摘  要:针对国内外烟气脱汞用活性炭质材料的研究现状,从原料选择、活化方法、后处理改性方法 3方面综述了脱汞活性炭的制备及改性的工艺过程,并论述了不同方法制备的脱汞活性炭的汞脱除效果。结果表明:后处理浸渍法改性是目前脱汞活性炭制备及改性的常用方法,也是较为有效提高脱汞活性炭汞脱除效率的方法,主要包括金属氧化物改性、卤化物改性、金属卤化物改性、有机物改性,但后处理浸渍改性工艺过程复杂,不利于工业化应用,有效的新制备改性方法亟待开发。According to the research of activated carbon materials for flue gas mercury removal at home and abroad, from three aspects which were the selection of raw materials, activation methods, post-processing modification methods, the paper summarized the process of preparation and modifying activated carbon for mercury removal, and discussed the mercury removal efficiency of activated carbon prepared by different methods.The results showed that post-processing modification method not only was the common method to prepare activated carbon for mercury removal, but also it was more effective method to improve mercury removal of activated carbon.This method mainly com- prised the metal oxide modification, halide modification, metal halide modification, organic modification. However, this method process was complex and not suitable for industrial application.New effective method for preparation and modification of activated carbon for mercury removal should be studied.
