摘 要:为了考察地下气化过程中还原带反应速率的变化规律,利用自主研制的固定床反应器,采用不同的气化剂考察了煤焦粒度、压力、流量对块煤气化的影响,通过气化过程中煤气成分的变化,计算出了不同条件下煤的碳转化率。研究结果表明:块煤在成焦过程中,小颗粒焦炭表面孔隙较大,从而使其更容易气化;当气化剂流量为5.6L/min时,煤焦CO:气化反应最快,继续增大流量,气化速率反而会降低;在不同压力下,煤焦气化存在一个拐点,压力对气化剂浓度的增大和对产物向外扩散的影响存在一个平衡点,在0—0.3MPa内气化速率随着压力的升高而增大,对于高压区(压力大于0.8MPa),压力的增大反而使气化速率下降。In order to investigate the variation law of the reaction rate of the reduction zone during the underground coal gasification process, an independent developed fixed bed reactor and the different gasification agents were applied to investigate the coke particle, pres- sure and flow affected to the gasification of the lump coal.With the variation of the gas contents during the gasification process, the carboni- zation rate of the coal under different conditions could be calculated.The study results showed that during the coking process of the lump coal, the surface pore of the small particle coke was big and would be more easily gasified.When the flow of the gasification agent was 5.6 L/min, CO2 gasification reaction of the coke would be faster, the flow would be continuously increased and the gasification rate would be re- duced. Under different pressures, the coke gasification would have an inflection point and the pressure affected to the density increase of the gasification agents and to the outward diffusion of the products would have a balance point.Within the pressure of ON 0.3 MPa, the gasifica- tion rate would be increased with the pressure increased.In the high pressure zone(pressure over 0.8 MPa), the pressure increased would cause the gasification rate decreased.
