猪肚菇新种中柄侧耳人工驯化栽培技术研究

摘　　要：对采自福建省莆田市天然林内的猪肚菇新种中柄侧耳进行人工驯化栽培技术研究,为进一步开发利用这一资源提供理论依据。驯化栽培结果表明,中柄侧耳适宜的栽培配方为木屑20%、玉米芯60%、麸皮16%,石灰2%、CaCO32%。将木屑和玉米芯预湿建堆4 d后加入2%石灰翻堆一次,7 d后加入2%CaCO3和16%的麸皮再翻堆一次,栽培效果较为理想,生物学效率可达70.7%,春秋两季皆可栽培。Domestication and Cultivation of a Pleurotus centralis X.D.Yu,Z.M.Chen＆Y.J.Yao,sp.nov.ined strain,collected from natural forest located in Putian,Fujian was studied for further exploition.The results showed that the suitable formula was sawdust 20％,corncob 60％,wheat bran 16％,lime 2％ and calcium carbonate 2％.The biological efficiency could reach to 70.7％ if the sawdust and corncob pile was adjusted with water and kept for 4 days,then 2％ of lime added and mixed,followed by adding wheat bran（16％） and calcium carbonate 2％ 7 d later.It was suitable for cultivation in spring and autumn.
