摘  要:某含铜金精矿难于处理,金呈亚显微形式存在。研究了采用热压预氧化法脱铜,氧化渣氰化浸出金,考察了温度、压力、矿浆浓度、搅拌强度和预氧化时间对氧化脱铜的影响。试验结果表明:在温度210℃、氧分压1.1MPa、液固质量比5:1、搅拌强度700r/rain、预氧化时间70min条件下,铜脱除率大于98%;氧化脱铜渣浆用石灰调pH为1011,用质量浓度为1g/L的NaCN浸出金,金浸出率大于98%。A gold concentrate containing copper is refractory. Most of gold exists in the form of submic roscopic gold. Conventional cyanidation leaching rate of gold in the concentrate is lower than 20%. Removal of copper by pressure oxidation at heating and leaching of gold by cyanidation was studied. The effects of temperature, oxygen pressure, the mass ratio between liquid and solid, stirring speed and time on the removal rate of copper were examined. The results show that at the conditions of temperature of 210 ℃ ,oxygen pressure of 1.1 MPa,the mass ratio between liquid and solid of 5 " 1, stirring speed of 700 r/min and preoxidation time of 70 minutes, the removal rate of copper is more than 98%. The oxidizing slag slurrys pH is adjusted in the range of 10--11 using lime,then to leach gold using sodium cyanide solutin of 1 g/L,the leaching rate of gold is more than 98%.
