摘  要:从能源消耗与碳排放现状分析煤炭行业实施低碳发展的重要性,同时以煤炭开采环节为例,介绍了包括确定组织营运边界和识别碳排放源的碳排放统计与清单编制,并提出煤炭开采环节能源消耗碳排放和副产物碳排放的计算方法,指出煤炭企业降低碳排放可按照各工序能耗碳排放、副产物碳排放、其他碳排放分类实施,并认为构建"绿色生态矿区"是降低煤炭行业直接碳排放、能源间接碳排放和其他间接碳排放及走低碳发展途径的综合体现。Based on the current situation of energy consumption and carbon emissions,the importance of the implementation of low carbon development for the coal industry was analyzed in this paper.At the same time,the carbon emissions statistics and listing which included organizational boundaries and identification of carbon emission source were introduced by an example of coal mining segment.It could be carried out to reduce carbon emissions for coal enterprises by the classification of the energy consumption,byproduct emission and other carbon emissions.Farther more,building green ecological mining area for the coal industry was the integrated embodiment to reduce carbon emissions of energy consumption,by-product emission other indirect way.
