摘  要:为了确定沥青路面矿物纤维复合阻燃材料(M—FR)中MiberⅢ纤维和复合阻燃剂合适的复配比例,采用极限氧指数法,对比研究MiberⅢ型矿物纤维的阻燃特性,分析其掺量对沥青胶浆极限氧指数(LOI)的影响规律;并研究阻燃剂掺量对沥青LOI和针入度、软化点、延度的影响;进而采用正交试验确定Miberm纤维和阻燃剂合适的复配比例。结果表明:沥青胶浆的LOI随MiberⅢ纤维掺量增加呈“S形”增长趋势,且其掺量宜在10%-15%之间;沥青胶浆的LOI随阻燃剂掺量增加呈线性增长趋势,且阻燃剂对沥青3大指标影响均比较显著,其掺量宜小于8%;在两者适宜的掺量范围内,MiberⅢ型矿物纤维复合阻燃材料(M—FR)中两者合适的复配掺量为15%和6%。此外,利用热重、差示扫描量热试验(TG—DSC)分析了掺矿物纤维复合阻燃材料后沥青胶浆的热重行为。Abstract: In order to determine the appropriate proportions of Miber m mineral fiber and flame retardant in composite flame retardant material (M-FR) with mineral fiber for asphalt pavement, the flame retardancy of MiberⅢmineral fiber is comparatively researched with limit oxygen index (LOI) method. The impact of Miber m fiber content on LOI of asphalt mortar is analysed, and the impact of flame retardant content on LOI, penetration, softening point and ductility of asphalt is researched as well. The appropriate proportions of Miber 11 fiber and flame retardant are determined by orthogonal test. The results show that ( 1 ) the LOI of asphalt mortar increases as a S-shaped curve with the increases of Miber m fiber content, and its appropriate contend should be 10% - 15% ; (2) the LOI of asphalt mortar grows linearly as flame retardant content rising, the flame retardant content also obviously influences the ductility, penetration and softening point of asphalt, and its appropriate content should less than 8% ; (3) the optimum contents of MiberⅢ mineral fiber and flame retardant in M-FR should be 15% and 6% respectively. In addition, the thermogravimetric behavior of asphalt mortar with composite flame retardant material is analysed through thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) .
