摘 要:交通荷载作用于长大上坡路段沥青路面的状况与平坡路段相比,其对沥青路面的作用时间变长,在重载、高温的综合作用下,长大上坡段沥青路面的车辙变形发展、形成速度更快。通过理论分析计算了沥青和沥青混合料在不同荷载作用时间条件下的车辙因子、动态模量。分析结果表明:随着荷载作用时间的增加,车辙因子、动态模量均大幅下降。利用自行研发的可变速、変载的新型车辙仪,进行了3种温度、2种荷载条件下的车辙试验。试验结果表明:随着轮速的降低,车辙动稳定度快速下降,即荷载作用时间对于沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响是非常大的;荷载作用时间增加相当于提高了试验温度;以规范规定的温度条件进行长大上坡路段沥青混合料高温稳定性的验证是非常不合理的。Compared with flat slope sections of asphalt pavement, the vehicle loading time to uphill sections of long and large longitudinal slope is much longer. Under the condition of comprehensive combination of heavy load and high temperature, the rutting on uphill sections of long and large longitudinal slope has faster speed of development and formation. We calculated and analysed the rutting factor and dynamic modulus of asphalt and asphalt mixture under the conditions of different loading time. The results show that rutting factor and dynamic modulus are substantially reduced with the increase test equipment that the wheel speed and load can be changed of loading time. By adopting the new rutting , we conducted the rutting tests under the conditions of 3 temperatures and 2 loadings. The test results show that ( 1 ) the dynamic stability is in rapid decline with the decrease'of wheel speed, i. e. , the influence of loading time on the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture is very strong; (2) to improve the loading time equivalents increase test temperature; (3) the temperature conditions in specification to verify the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture for uphill sections of long and large longitudinal slope is very unreasonable.
