摘  要:2013年4月于中国鲎天然栖息地西背岭潮问带的总长度3km放流区域设定30个放流点,每个放流点投放500只用可视嵌入性荧光标记的中国鲎二龄稚鲎。55d后于放流潮间带开展稚鲎放流效果评估工作。在标记稚鲎分布密度高(〉2个/100m。)、密度低(1~2个/100m^2)、无分布(0个/100m^2)区域各定3个站位,共9个站位。对每个站位环境因子(水温、盐度、溶解氧、酸碱度)进行测定,并开展底质粒径分析。初步结果显示,盐度、水温、溶解氧和酸碱度等因子对标记稚鲎分布没有呈现决定性影响。而标记稚鲎的扩散能力以及放流区域的底质颗粒大小是决定人工放流稚鲎分布的主要因素。30 releasing sites were set up in 3 km releasing zone of Xi Bei Ling intertidal zone which was considered to be one of the natural habitats of juvenile Chinese horseshoe crab Tachypleus tridentatus. 500 juveniles tagged with visible implant elastomer were re leasing for each site. All the juveniles were at 2nd instar stage. Effects of the release work were assessed after 55 days. Based on the distribution densities of the tagged juveniles, 9 sampling sites were chosen ( triplicate for each zone of different densities, more than 2 ind./100 m2 , 1 - 2 ind./100 m2 , 0 ind./100 m2 , respectively). Environmental factors (water temperature, salinity, dissolved ox ygen, pH) and particle size distribution of each sampling site were tested. Results indicated that water temperature, salinity, dis solved oxygen and pH were not correlated with the tagged juvenile horseshoe crabs distribution. But the moving ability and particle size distribution were the main factors which decided the spatial distribution of the tagged juveniles.
