伸膝装置粘连松解术30例临床报告

摘　　要：临床上因股骨干及关节内骨折引起神膝装置粘连，导致膝关节屈曲功能障碍、强直，采用粘连松解成形术治疗，屈膝功能得到恢复，30例中优为50％，良为37％，可为13％，优良率为87％。膝关节强直粘连松解术可最大限度恢复其屈膝功能，满足患者生理工作需要。30 cases of extension knee apparatus adhesion caused by fracture of femur diaphysis andknee interjoint were trcated with knee tetany adhesion lisis. Out of the 30 cases of this disease, 15 showedmarked progress, 11 showed obvious progress, 4 showed progress, the good rate was about 87 percent. Theresult suggested that the knee tetany adhesion lisis can restorc the knee flexion function greatly and satisfy the patients's physiological needs.
