疏肝和胃丸对幽门结扎胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜VEGF蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝和胃丸对幽门结扎胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜VEGF蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用幽门结扎法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察胃黏膜病理学及VEGF蛋白的变化。结果:模型组VEGF的表达水平均明显下降,胃黏膜损伤指数水平均明显升高,与疏肝和胃丸组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃丸对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用可能与提高胃黏膜组织VEGF蛋白的表达、促进胃黏膜上皮的新生修复有关。Objective： To observe the influence of shuganhewei pill on gastric mucosa VEGF protein expression on ligating pylorus gastric ulcer in rats. Method： By ligating pylorus to copy the model of Gastric ulcer in rats,observing the changes of gastric mucosa pathology and VEGF protein. Results： The expression of VEGF level model group were significantly decreased, the stomach mucosa damage index levels were significantly elevated,which is significant difference compared to shuganhewei pill group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The protective effect of Shuganhewei pill on gastric ulcer in the gastric mucosa of rats damage may be related to the improvement the expression of gastric mucosa tissue VEGF protein and the promotion to the restoration of the gastric mucosa epithelium of newborn.
