桂枝茯苓丸及其组方药抗子宫肌瘤作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究桂枝茯苓丸及其各单味药对子宫肌瘤的影响。方法:以人子宫肌瘤细胞为研究对象,分为正常组、桂枝茯苓全方组、各单味药组和米非司酮组,采用MTT法检测细胞的存活率。采用小鼠雌激素负荷模型,分组同上,以子宫系数、病理形态学、雌孕激素为观察指标。结果:全方及赤芍对子宫肌瘤有抑制作用,病理形态学改善明显,对孕激素有降低作用。结论:桂枝茯苓丸全方和赤芍对子宫肌瘤具有抑制作用。Objective： To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill and the single herbs on anti- hysteromyoma in the models. Methods：In vitro experiment, human uterine leiomyoma cells were divided into normal control group, Guizhi Fuling pill group, Ramulus Cinnamomi group, Poria group, Cortex Moutan group, Semen Persicae group, Radix Paeoniae Rubra group and mifepristone group. Absorbance value of each well was detected with MTT assay. The model of uterine leiomyoma was induced by estrogen im. Mice were divided into normal control group, model group, Guizhi Fuling pill group, Ramulus Cinnamomi group, Poria group, Cortex Moutan group, Semen Persicae group, Radix Paeoniae Rubra group and mifepristone group, and uterine coefficient, pathological changes of smooth muscle, serum levels of estrogen and progesterone were observed. Results Cells of Guizhi Fuling pill and Paeoniae Rubra groups were significantly inhibited. Guizhi Fuling pill and Paeoniae Rubra groups decreased mice uterus coefficient and serum progesterone and improved pathological changes. Conelusion：Guizhi Fuling pill and Paeoniae Rubra could inhibit uterine fibroids in a certain extent.
