摘　　要：玛纳斯县位于中国西北内陆地区,水资源较为匮乏。随着经济发展,水资源开发问题日益显露。对此提出切实可行的水资源保障措施,可促进经济、社会、环境的可持续发展。The Manasi County locates in the north- west arid region of China. The water resources are not sufficient. With the development of economy,the problem of water resources use has become more severe. To solve these problems,realistically feasible countermeasure is presented in this paper.It will do good to the sustainable development of economy,society and environment.
