困难型腹腔镜胆囊切除术30例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨困难型腹腔镜胆囊切除术的困难原因及处理措施。方法对我院30例困难型腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果 30例患者均顺利完成手术,1例术后发生胆瘘,经引流治愈,1例患者因胆管受损转行开腹手术。结论尽管困难型腹腔镜胆囊切除术对手术的要求甚高,且承担的手术风险较大,但若能根据患者的具体情况谨慎处理,准确判断,手术安全性仍然能够得到一定的保证。Objective To explore the type of tile laparoscopic cholecystectomy difficulties cause and the treatment experience. Methods The type of difficulty in 30 cases of laparoscopic eholecysteetomy relevant information is collected to review. Results 30 cases of patients were successfully completed surgery, 1 case of postoperative bile leakage and cured by drainage, type 1 patients with biliary damage turned laparotomy surgery. Conclusion Although difficult type demanding for surgery, laparoscopic cholecysteetomy and surgical risk is bigger, but if can according to the actual circumstances of the patient, careful, accurate judgment, still can get a certain guarantee operation safety.
