彩色多普勒超声在膀胱内血块诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱内血块的单一的超声诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院经彩色多普勒超声诊断及超声引导下治疗后证实的7例膀胱内血块病例。结果 7例患者经抗炎和膀胱内冲洗,数日后复查超声,膀胱内血块变小或消失,膀胱内回声在1 d^7 d内恢复正常。结论单一超声诊断膀胱内血块准确率为100%,可避免膀胱镜有创检查。Objective To evaluate the value of Color Doppler ultrasound in the single diagnosis and differential diagnosis of blood clot in bladder. Methods We analysed retraspeetively the data of 7 patients diagnosed as blood clot in bladder by Color Doppler Ultrasonography, and subsequently treated under the guidance of ultrasound. Results 7 of 22 cases were diagnosed as blood clot with poor blood supply in bladder, the 7 patients were treated by anti-inflammatory and intravesical irrigation for several days, and then rechecked by ultrasonography, the blood clot in bladder had been smaller or even died away, echo from bladder returned normal in 1-7 days. Conclusion The accuracy of single diagnosis of blood clot in bladder was 100%, as result we could avert the invasive inspection with cystoscope.
