前馈控制在儿科病房静脉治疗安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨前馈控制应用于儿科病房静脉治疗不良事件安全管理的效果。方法对2010年我院儿科病房静脉治疗过程中发生的不良事件进行回顾性分析,并与2011年进行比较,提出护理干预对策。结果应用前馈控制后护理不良事件的发生率为0.15%,明显低于应用前馈控制前的0.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前馈控制可以强化儿科病房静脉治疗的安全管理,降低不良事件的发生率。Objective To explore the feed forward control is applied in pediatric ward of safety management of intravenous treatment adverse events effect. Methods from January 2010 to December pediatric ward adverse events during intravenous treatment were analyzed retrospectively, to analyze its causes, put forward the nursing intervention measures, organize and implement, and compared with January 2011 December analysis, observation of feed forward control of adverse events happened before and aider the application of data changes. Results After feed forward control the incidence of nursing adverse events 0.15% significantly lower than 0.61% that without the application （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Feed forward control can strengthen the pediatric ward intravenous treatment of safety management, reduce the incidence of adverse events.
