摘 要:结合铁路编组站现场实际,对编组站作业安全进行系统分析,从人员、设备、环境和管理等方面分析编组站作业安全的影响因素,建立编组站安全评价指标体系。应用基于物元分析的层次分析法确定指标权重,构建基于物元分析的编组站安全评价模型,应用编组站实际数据,对所构建的模型进行分析验证,为编组站作业安全管理提供决策依据。Combined with the actual situation of a marshaling station, system analysis on the safety of marshaling station operation were conducted. By analyzing the factors influencing the safety of a marshaling station in personnel, equipment environment, management etc, an evaluation index system for marshaling station security, the AHP for determining indicators' weights and a safety assessment model of marshaling station based on matter element analysis were established. Applied the actual data of a marshaling station, the safety assessment model was tested and verified. This work provided a decision-making basis of safety management for a marshaling station.
