摘　　要：目的 建立康妇涌泉颗粒中β-脱皮甾酮的含量测定方法.方法 使用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Diamonsil-C1 8柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-水（31：69）,检测波长247 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10 μL,柱温30℃.结果 β-脱皮甾酮在5.0～160.0 μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,Y=0.093 7X＋0.1831（r =0.999 4）,平均回收率为97.5％,RSD为0.93％（n=6）.结论 所建方法便捷,专属性强,适用于康妇涌泉颗粒中β-脱皮甾酮的质量控制.Objective To establish a method for the determination of β-Ecdysterone in Kangfu Yongquan Par- ticles, and to provide a basis for its quality criteria. Methods HPLC method was used. The chromato bar was C18 col- umn（250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （31：69）. The detective wavelength was 247 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The sample size was 10 μL,and the column temperature was 30 ℃ Re- suits The result showed that β-Ecdysterone had a linear relationship at the range of 5.0 - 160. 0 μg/mL. Y = 0. 093 7X ＋ 0. 183 1 （ r = 0. 999 4 ）. The average recovery was 97.5 % （ RSD = 0. 93 % , n = 9 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Kangfu Yongquan Particles.
