摘 要:使用热重-红外光谱分析仪联用(热红联用)技术,测定了马尾松凋落针叶热解燃烧的起始温度、烟气成分、排放量及其达到峰值时的温度等。结果表明,针叶在250℃时气体排放开始大量增加,当升温至600℃左右时,有氧条件下其气体排放基本结束,而无氧条件下则继续排放气体,甚至在950℃时仍然有CO2和CO排出;针叶释放的无机烟气以CO2和CO为主,在有氧和无氧条件下,气态有机物在种类和排放量上均有较大差异,无氧条件下气态有机物的排放量最高。实验还发现,无氧条件下,CO和气态有机物排放量出现了多峰值现象,表明针叶在无氧条件发生了2-3次热解排放高峰。Based on thermo gravimetric analyzer-coupled with a Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TG-FI'- IR), the pyrogenation temperature, smoke components, emission volume and the time to the peak temperature of pinus massoniana litterfall needle were measured. The results showed that within the temperature ascending period, a rapid rise of smoke emission is observed when temperature reach to 250℃ until ending the emission at 600℃ with sufficient oxygen supply, while under pure nitrogen environment COEand CO can even be detected when tempera- ture reach to 950℃. The main ingredients have CO2and CO, and there are obvious differences either in organic gas components or in its concentrations between oxygen supply and pure nitrogen environment, and the organis emission is the highest under pure nitrogen environment. Mul-peak of CO and organis of smoke emission is also observed, which means there are 2 or 3 reactions within the period of pyrogenation.
