摘　　要：针对产品族平台与定制化的优化之间存在的关联和主从递阶层次关系的问题。提出产品族设计中平台与定制化的主从关联优化的方法和模型。以参数伸缩型产品族设计优化为例,描述了其中客观存在的主从和关联关系,建立了分析解决这类问题的概念模型和数学模型,针对双层数学规划的求解困难,设计了基于响应曲面法的数值计算方法。以齿轮减速器产品族的设计优化为例,验证了该方法和模型的有效性。Aiming at the problem that the association and hierarchy relationship existed between the optimization of platform and customization, the platform-customization hierarchical optimization method in product family design was proposed. The scale-based product family design was taken as example to describe the hierarchy and association relationships objectively. The conceptual and mathematical models for analyzing and solving this kind of problems were built, and a numerical method based on response surface method was designed aiming at the solving difficulty of bi-level programming. The platform-customization hierarchical optimization design of a gear speed reducer family was presented as the example to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method.
