摘　　要：在梳理国外高速公路养护模式的基础上,分析了辽宁高速公路养护模式存在的问题,并从战略联盟的视角,阐述了辽宁高速公路建立战略联盟模式的优势以及该模式在养护管理中的实现方式。On the basis of the collation of the highway maintenance modes in foreign countries, we analyze the existing problems of the Liaoning highway maintenance modes. We expound the advantages of building strategic alliance mode of Liaoning highway and how to carry it out in maintenance management.
