摘 要:在已有文献数据的基础上,优化了HFC32/HFO1234yf二元混合物相对应的交互系数和HFO1234yf适用于Peng-Robinson-Stryjek-Vera(PRSV)方程的纯物质特性参数,建立了用于该混合物的PRSV方程模型,并用该模型开发了二元混合物的热物性计算程序.比较实验数据发现,PRSV方程计算值的精度比PR方程有所提高.根据PRSV方程绘制了混合物饱和压力、温度随气液组成变化的关系图,并列出了定组成(0.3/0.7)时二元混合物饱和性质表,最后比较了不同混合比条件下混合物的潜热曲线.发现HFC32的添加有利于流体潜热的提高,考虑到GWP的因素,推荐了作为替代制冷剂时HFC32/HFO1234yf二元混合物所要满足的混合比范围为0.2/0.8~0.4/0.6.Based on previous literatures,the interaction coefficient of HFC32/HFO1234yf binary mixture was optimized, as well as the characteristic parameters of pure component HFO1234yf in Peng-Robinson-StryjekVera(PRSV) equation. A model of PRSV equation for the mixture was developed,which was used to build the calculation program for the thermophysical properties of the binary mixtures. When comparing the experimental data,it is found that the calculation precision of PRSV equation is more accurate than that of PR equation. Based on the model of PRSV equation,the figures of saturated pressure and temperature changing over vapor liquid composition were showed. Then the saturated properties table of binary mixture was listed at fixed components(0.3/0.7). Finally,the latent heat curves of mixture at different compositions were compared. It is shown that adding HFC32 to the refrigerant improves latent heat. Taking the effect of GWP into account,the scope of mixture ratio(0.2/0.8—0.4/0.6)is recommend for HFC32/HFO1234yf binary mixture used as substitute refrigerant.
