摘　　要：目的总结经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断卵巢黄体血肿的临床价值及图像特点。方法回顾性分析我院经手术证实或是经随访证实的43例卵巢黄体血肿患者的临床资料，总结卵巢黄体血肿患者经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查时的图像特点。结果经阴道彩色多普乐超声检查卵巢黄体血肿的图像分为三类：囊性血肿（26例）、囊实混合性血肿（12例）及类实体性血肿（5例），经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断卵巢黄体血肿40例，诊断符合率93％。结论卵巢黄体血肿TVCDS具有较为明确的图像特点，一临床辨别容易，诊断符合率高，对卵巢黄体血肿具有重要的临床诊断价值。Objective： to summarize the transvaginal color more zyprexa the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian corpus luteum hematoma and image characteristics. Methods： retrospective analysis confirmed by surgery or confirmed by follow-up of the clinical data of 43 patients with ovarian corpus luteum hematoma, summary of patients with ovarian corpus luteum hematoma transvaginal color more zyprexa ultrasound image characteristics. Results： the transvaginal ultrasound color more zyprexa ovarian corpus luteum hematoma image is divided into three categories： cystic haematoma （26 cases）, cystic mixed hematoma （12 cases） and the type of substantive hematoma （5 cases）, transvaginal color more zyprexa ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian corpus luteum hematoma 40 cases, diagnostic coincidence rate was 93%. Conclusion： ovarian corpus luteum hematoma TVCDS has more clear image characteristics, clinical discrimination easy, diagnosis coincidence rate is high, has an important clinical diagnostic value of ovarian corpus luteum hematoma.
