摘　　要：目的分析256排螺旋CT对检查冠心病及冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的应用效果，探讨诊断冠心病的有效方法。方法通过借助256排螺旋CT对2300例疑似冠心病患者影像学资料进行分析。结果多排螺旋CT（MSCT）可用于冠心病的早期诊断和临床筛查及术前、术后评估。结论256排螺旋CT冠脉成像是一种简便、快捷、准确、可靠的诊断冠心病的方法，具有较高的临床价值，可作为评价冠心病危险度的一种无创检查技术。Objective To analysis applications effect of the 256 multi-slice spiral CT inspection the coronary atherosclerotic lesions, to explore the effective.Methods For diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods 120 patients with suspected coronary heart disease underwent 256 multi-slice spiral spiral CT scan,to analyze their imaging data .Result 256 Multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） can be used for diagnosis of coronary heart disease and clinical screening and surgery, postoperative assessment. Conclusions As one of the noninvasive technology to diagnose and evaluate the risk of coronary heart disease,the 256 multi- slice spiral CT is a simple, fast, accurate and reliable method, with a high clinical value.
