生活事件、安全感、自我效能感对中老年消化性溃疡患者抑郁情绪的相关影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨生活事件、安全感、自我效能感对中老年消化性溃疡病人群体的抑郁症情绪的影响，为临床心理治疗提供参考。方法抽取我市三所三级医院、一所二级医院、一所部队医院门诊消化性溃疡患者535人进行流调中心用抑郁量表、生活事件量表、一般自我效能感量表、安全感量表问卷调查。结果消化性溃疡患者的抑郁和安全感、一般自我效能感之间呈负相关（r=-0．532、-0．194，P〈0．01），和生活事件之间呈正相关（r=0．686，P〈0．01）。生活事件、安全感对抑郁有直接影响，安全感对生活事件、一般自我效能感对抑郁的作用起到中介效应χ2／df=0.987，P=0．340，RMSEA=0．023，NFI=0．999，RFI=0．979，IFI=0．998，TLI=0．977，CFI=0．997，模型拟合良好。自我效能感对于生活事件和安全感之间的调节效应不成立（Beta=0．030，P=-0．361）。结论中老年群体消化性溃疡患者的抑郁情绪和应激水平关系密切，不安全感在应激和抑郁情绪直接呈中介效应。Objective To investigate the effect of life events, sense of safety, self efficacy on elderly patients with peptic ulcer group depressed mood, to provide the reference for clinical psychological treatment. Methods The three level three hospitals, the level two hospital, a military hospital outpatient patients with peptic ulcer and 535 were the center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, life event scale, General Self-efficacy Sense of security scale questionnaire. Results There was a negative correlation between the digestion ulcer patient depression and a sense of security, general self-efficacy （r=-0.532, -0.194, P 〈 0.01）, positive correlation between life events and （r=0.686, P 〈 0.01）. Life events, a sense of security has a direct impact on the security of depression, life events, general self-efficacy to the intermediary effect on depression effect. χ2/df=0.987, P=0.340, RMSEA=0.023, NFI= 0.999, RFI= 0.979, IFI=0.998, TLI=0.977, CFI=0.997, fit the model. Self efficacy for moderating effect between life events and security is not established （Beta=0.030, P=-0.361）. The relationship between the elderly peptic ulcer patients depression and stress level Conclusion Closely, insecurity are directly mediating effect in stress and depression.
