摘　　要：《元和郡县志》唐宁州丰义县治在"东南至州八十里。本汉彭阳县地,今县理西四十里彭阳古城是也"其实是一种误传。根据信史和实物资料看,唐丰义县实际上就是西汉彭阳县的恢复,只不过没有一同恢复县名,而改称丰义县而已,其真正治所当在今甘肃镇原县彭阳古城。In Yuan He Jun Xian Zhi, the historical record of prefectures and counties during Yuanhe in Tang Dynasty, the government place of Fengyi County of Ningzhou State was recorded as eighty Chinese li southeastern from Ningzhou State;originally it was forty Chinese li away from Pengyang County in Han Dynasty, but in the west of it. Actually, this article argues, it was an error. According to some reliable and material historical data, Fengyi County in Tang Dynasty is the recovery of Pengyang in Han Dynasty. Alternatively, different names in fact indicate the same place. Therefore, the government place of Fengyi County should be determined as the old city of Pengy- ang, now in Zhengyuan County, Gansu Province.
