摘　　要：随着我国以人为本的全面建成小康社会的推进，医院现代化建设正面临前所未有的机遇。建设具有一流水平的现代化医院，必需具备一流的科技创新能力。加强医院科研管理工作，运用科学的管理手段，才能更好地提升医院品牌，不断提高医院的综合竞争力，可持续地推进医院现代化建设。With the development of affluent society, the modernization construction in hospital is also facing an unprece- dented opportunities. To develop a first-rate hospital must have a first-rate hi-tech innovation capacity. Strengthen to build sci- entific research with scientific mangement would make progress on promotion of brand.
