摘　　要：文章分析了医疗服务成本高给病人、医院和社会造成的不良影响，从经济、制度、管理和社会四大方面探讨了这一现象形成的原因，认为政府一方面应该积极履行职责，努力降低医疗服务成本，做好掌舵者，积极推进医疗卫生行业的服务均等化，同时加强行业监管，防止过度市场化局面的出现，另一方面应该加强医生医疗卫生职业精神的培养，防止出现有悖职业道德的过度诊治行为。This paper analyzes the adverse influence of high medical service cost on patients, hospitals and the society and explores the causes from the aspects of economy, system, management and society. It is suggested that the government should fulfill their duty to reduce the medical service cost, promote the equalization of medical service, strengthen medical industry and prevent the excessive market situation. On the other hand, doctors should be trained to fessional ethics so as to avoid unnecessary expensive diagnosis and treatment. their supervision of improve their pro-fessional ethics so as to avoid unnecessary expensive diagnosis and treatment.
