摘　　要：随着我国全民医疗保险制度的建立，医院医保管理工作越来越重要，医院医保管理水平的高低直接影响着医院的经济运行效益。如何加强医院医保管理工作，形成有效的管理机制是当前医院医保管理工作研究的重点。文章讨论分析了医院医保办公室的主要职能，提出了加强医疗保险办公室的职能建设的建议，分享了自己的体会。With the establishment of China＇s national health insurance system, hospital health care management has be- come increasingly important, which directly affects the operation benefits of the hospital. How to strengthen the management of the hospital health care, to form an effective management mechanism is the current focus of medicare hospital management. This paper analyzes the main functions of the Office of the Medicare, puts forward proposals to strengthen the functions of the office.
