应用PDCA循环法开展行政查房的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在行政查房持续改进中的应用。方法通过学习PDCA质量管理相关理论知识，把PDCA循环法应用于行政查房，层层落实，不断修正改进，巩固成绩，持续改进行政查房质量。结果分析了重庆医科大学附属第一医院2010—2012年行政查房问题数据，医院行政管理和后勤保障能力有了明显改进，医院管理工作更加高效规范，病人综合满意度保持在96％以上，社会效益和经济效益获得双赢。结论PDCA循环管理法对行政查房持续改进是一种行之有效的工具和管理方法。Purpose To discuss the administrative rounds by PDCA circulation method. Methods By learning PDCA quality management relevant theoretical knowledge, the PDCA cycle method was applied to administrative rounds, layers of implemen- tation, constantly revised to improve and consolidate achievements, continuous to improve the quality of administrative rounds. Result Analysis the administrative rounds data of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from2010 to 2012, the public administration and logistical support had significant improvement, The satisfaction of the in patients has improved more than 96%, there was a win-win for both social and economic benefit. Conclusion The PDCA circulation method is useful to con- stantly improve administrative rounds.
