摘　　要：资源建设是图书馆发展的重中之重,是图书馆赖以生存的基础。国外20所高校图书馆的战略规划分别从资源、服务、技术、教育、人员5个方面对资源建设及其相关内容作出了规定,借鉴于此,我国高校图书馆可以通过加快数字资源建设、支撑教学科研发展、重视信息素养教育、培养专业化复合型馆员等方式加强自身的资源建设。The resource construction is the priority among priorities of the library development, it is the basis for the survival of libraries. Strategic plannings of 20 foreign university libraries have made provi- sions for the resource construction and relevant contents from 5 aspects, including the resource, the service, the technology, the education and the personnel. According to this, university libraries in China could enhance their own resource construction by accelerating the digital resource construction, sup- porting the development of the teaching and scientific＇ researches, focucing on the information literacy education, and training professional compound librarians.
