摘　　要：采用文献分析、实证研究和理论研究相结合的方法 ,探讨了上海发展信息农业与率先基本实现农业现代化的关系 ,分析了上海发展信息农业的基础条件和存在问题 ,提出了上海发展信息农业的决策建议 ,论述了建设上海农业信息系统的构思 。Using the study method combing literature analysis ,positivistic research and theoretical research ,the relation between developing information agriculture and taking the lead in realizing agricultural modernization in Shanghai is approached;the basic conditions and problems existing in developing Shanghai information agriculture are analysed;the proposition on making policy in developing Shanghai information agriculture is suggested;the conception of constructing Shanghai agricultural information system is discussed ,which can be available for reference of the related departments.
