摘 要:重金属胁迫下植物波谱响应机理是高光谱遥感生物地球化学异常信息提取的关键问题.该文采集云南大理马厂箐铜矿区及背景区的马尾松植物样品,利用ICP-MS和AFS3100分别检测了松叶中Pb、Cu、Au、Ag、Mo和As、Sb、Hg的含量,同步利用ASD Field-Spec Pro FR对马尾松叶片反射波谱进行测量,采用双变量相关分析和线性回归分析方法,探索重金属胁迫下马尾松植物波谱响应特征.研究表明:马尾松波谱红边位置、红边蓝移量、叶绿素归一化指数与马尾松微量元素的吸收特征有一定相关性,利用马尾松波谱特征参数能揭示植被覆盖区地球化学异常信息.The response mechanism of the plants spectral under the situation with heavy metals is a critical issue for extracting the biogeochemical anomaly information by hyperspectral remote sensing.The masson pine samples were collected at both Machangqing copper mine area and background area in Dali,Yunnan,and then the contents of Au,Ag,As,Cu,Hg,Mo,Pb and Sb contained in the masson pine leaves were tested by using ICP MS and AFS3100,and at the same time the reflectance spectrum of the masson pine leaves were measured as well by using ASD Field-Spec Pro FR.Meanwhile,the spectral response characteristics of the masson pine for heavy metals were analyzed by using bivariate correlation analysis and linear regression analysis method.The results indicated that:the red edge position of the spectra,the blue shift of the red edge and the ChlNDI had a certain correlation with the absorption characteristics of the microelements contained in masson pine,indicating that the geochemical anomaly information in vegetation covered area can be revealed by using the specific spectral parameters of masson pine.
