摘　　要：分析建筑工程外窗复验检测中气密性、水密性、抗风压性能和保温性能的原理、特点,介绍工程复验检测中窗的材质、窗型、密封材料及五金件对建筑节能的效果,指出目前建筑工程中应用的建筑外窗的优劣,对外窗质量控制提出建议。This paper analyzes the reinspection detection of the building exterior window air tightness, water tightness, wind pressure and thermal insulation properties of principles, characteristics, and engineering reinspection detection window material, window type, sealing materials and hardware for building energy conservation were analyzed,points out the construction project of the application of the advantages and disadvantages of the building exterior window, the window quality control in future are proposed.
