摘 要:以恩诺沙星人工诱导鸭大肠杆菌耐药菌株,原始菌株和诱导株经不同浓度的复方紫花地丁溶液处理,检测其MIC及菌体药物蓄积浓度。结果表明,经复方紫花地丁溶液处理的菌株,MIC显著降低,且与紫花地丁溶液呈浓度依赖关系。研究结果提示,一定浓度的紫花地丁溶液可以逆转鸭大肠杆菌的耐药性。Artificially induced resistant strains of duck E. coli by enrofloxacin, different concentrations of Herba Viol compound prescription was used to treat the original strains and induced strains, and the MIC and drug accumulation were tested. The results showed that the MIC of the strains treated by compound solution was marked decreased, and a concentration-dependent manner was presence with compound solution, Research suggested that a certain concentration of Herba Violae compound prescription can the antibiotic-resistance of duck E.coli.
